“I believe our psychological pain and physical pain are interrelated. I want to provide a safe environment that allows an individual to speak and process as I support, guide, and encourage individual healing and growth through the use of mind/body/spirit work. The freedom of dance and movement, which is used in a variety of ways initiated by the client, is supported by the traditional counseling skills. It allows a person to display their inner most thoughts and feelings in a place of non-judgment. I use movement to allow individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and therapeutic environment. My spiritual side reflects living a Christ minded attitude of love, compassion, non-judgment, and understanding supported by internal and external verbal processing and body movement. I believe my Christian approach to counseling and supporting the client in using their spiritual/faith practices, as I provide services to anyone regardless of their religious affiliation or faith commitment, allows me to create a safe and compassionate environment that honors and shows respect for everyone’s spiritual practices while enhancing growth and change.”

One with the life giving universe
…One with nature’s fluidity
…filling and emptying in an ever on-going cycle
…being nourished, getting rid of what is no longer needed
…feeling whole
…no aims, no goals
…simply BEING
